I use 2 AF-1s in my home and cottage in Northern Greece . In both cases , FM tuning is nearly perfect under the condition the Antenna is carefully tuned every time a different FM frequency-Station is chosen !! Terk saved me as no outdoor Antenna was possible to be connected with my FM tuners !
